Company Policies

FINANCE CHARGES: A finance charge of 1.50% per month(an annual percentage rate of 18.00%) will be charged on all amounts thirty(30) days past due.

INSURANCE: All merchandise shipped by Revenge Ware, Inc. is insured for full replacement value. Should you receive damaged merchandise we will not refund or replace your order unless we are notified within 10 days and an insurance claim is filed:

Post Office(USPS), Take the damaged merchandise in the original package with the inclosed invoice to the post office and file the claim.

UPS: Call 1-800-742-5877 and notify them of the damage. If UPS instructs you that the seller must file the claim, E-mail or call us with the necessary information.

RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, (less shipping charges and credit card fees on orders paid with credit cards) for the merchandise returned within 30 days. All returns must be authorized by the factory.
